well i fell asleep at 8 p.m., woke up at 12 a.m. and fell back asleep at 3 a.m., woke up at 8 a.m. fell back asleep at 9 a.m. and woke up again at 12 p.m.

so i didn't sleep for 12 hours, but it's a long explanation lol
