I watched the first episode and so far I would say it is a strange mix of awesome and not so awesome. It has the same Gurren Lagann vibe and cool action/comedy which is really great, but in half an episode they basically turned the main character into pure fanservice rather than something with any kind of depth. Whether that is good or bad for you may differ (for me it was disappointing, but it will still probably be one of the better ones this season).
Finished Uchoten Kazoku, and it is a little too bad that they didn't focus on the plot that I was hoping they would, but overall it was still a very enjoyable show. Interesting art and characters, weird stuff going on, creative ideas. Had a lot going for it. :)

only two episodes in (about to watch the 3rd)
seems like i could be a good series, has a somewhat interesting plot, and goldfish :P
id suggest watching the episodes out now, im sure that would be enough to gauge whether you would be into it or not i guess :)
