I'm definitely waiting for quality fansubbers to pick it up and sub it. I have already read most of the light novels to the New Testament series, just after Touma complete his final assault on the arch angel. They relatively fitted most of the key plots in which is good. Just hoping they're going for a 26 episode long for this Misaka Sisters Arc so we can see it in good details.
