Maybe give a try to Penetrex though is a bit expensive? Other shops such as Walmart also have it.

Thank you! Last week was busy with my old position plus my new one which didn't give time to post here. Otherwise, I'm enjoying every minute of it.

You should definitely get your knee looked at by the doctor. If you wait too long then it may take longer to recover too. I hope it's not anything serious too. Good luck.
