How do I get a crappily-planned plan planned epically? If I plan it crappily then it won't be epically planned, but if I plan it epically then I will have got an epically-planned plan planned instead of a crappily-planned plan.

I think you could kind of do this by making your plan complex. Keep adding little things that need to go right for your master plan, and the plan at the end will be so epic that it can't possibly work, and is therefore crappily planned. :P
