Sure, I can remove the "feelers" (probably not the correct name, but anyways) from the first monster, I got the base mesh so no probs. It was intended for loose tentacles at first, until I decided to give it 'behavior'.
Have you noted that it is quite similar to the one worm that I made for SBPR?

Modding can be a second job, at least when things piles up and you end up with a lot on your plate.

The demo release on Monday is pretty much a sneak peek/teaser which Patreons gets about a week before the rest. So they get to give their input and throw ideas much earlier than anyone else.
For the time being yer my only patreon so you better shoot a lot of ideas and such next week lol.

Sounds like an interesting game. Don't think I have ever tried it before. Speaking of other creatures would it be possible to have a version of monster 1 without the tentacles? The bulb parts where they come out from can still remain. It'll allow more versatility since users can add the tentacles from illusion or ones you have created. Just my thoughts.

I'm not looking for a reward really other than making some requests here and there. You said before modding is like a second job but you're not getting paid for it, so I just want to support your efforts because your tastes are very similar to mine, there's no other modder that releases these types of mods like you do.

Well, in Spore you can easily make your own creatures that can inhabit the various of planets, quite a few stock creatures along with other peoples creatures as well.
Those hands would be rigged in such a sense that those two fingers must be moved at same time, something that I tied to that particular creature's racial features (kinda backstory like).
For other creatures I might edit the skeleton a bit so all fingers (on that particular hand piece) can be moved separately, but not on that one creature.

Yeah, now you can imagine me sitting with some of my creatures that do have around 200-236 bones in them. It will take some time to get them all ready.

Indeed I have, but I haven't done too much in making some PR for it. In fact, I consider it not being properly launched yet, I haven't even posted my first Patreon post yet.

Don't worry about how much you can or cannot donate. I'm not in a dire need of the money. $0 is just fine if the wallet doesn't allow. In the end you and others will have access to my mods.
People has been asking for like 3 years in regards of, illusion mods, about the possibility to throw put some pennies in my pockets.
Maybe around 4-5 in regards of other modding areas, or even other things. So yeah, I just opened the door for that. But yeah, it would be fun if people
does consider my illusion mods being worth a few bucks, I never really considered them being that really.

Ah okay. I never played Spore so I don't know anything about the creatures that inhabit the world.

I noticed those huge lines when manually adding them and they look like a pain to add/deal with. And like you said it'll be an even bigger pain when you have to look through it to find an error if you were to make one.

I have pledged for $5 a creation but can only do so for the next two months. Once I start school in September things might change since I won't be working anymore so I might have to lower my pledge. It's intentional for Monster 2's that those two fingers goes on same IK point. It's a race feat. It can't move either of those two fingers without moving the other.
The mouth is a tad trickier due to that the upper and lower part of the mouth each has 3 hard/soft bone points, and since we can just rotate the IK points most of the mouth
doesn't follow and gets out of place. Working on that still.

The hardest part with it all is the bone list. Let's say that you have a creature with 200 bones, and you want them all to have IK control points. Then you have
to manually add each of these 200 bones to the creatures line of bones:
<5555><spine0><spine1><spine2><spine3><spine4><spine5><spine6><spine7><spine8><spine9><spine11><spine12><spine13><spine14><spine15><spine16><spine17><spine18><spine19>[...]
It becomes very tedious and monotone quickly, and if you make a typo you have a long list to go through to find it.
Rigging the meshes is the easy part.

Ah I see. I haven't had much time to play with it since last night but once I do, I will surely give feedback for you regarding the IK. Though off the bat, what I did realize when I toyed with it that monster 2's last two fingers on each hand are connected as 1 IK. Not sure if this intentional since you did say it was a rough release. I also think it would be cool if he was able to open his mouth as well. Overall it's a pretty great start! What were the challenges of creating rigging IK for items? I imagine it being a lot more work than items with no IK.

I did probably just release the demo about 2 days ago, so the download is quite fresh.
There's still some polishing to do on the current released stuff, but I did decide to release it in its current state so peeps
can toy around a bit with and probably give some feed back on, in regards of the IK controls.

I decided to keep them in same unity3d file so I don't have to dig in like 3 different files just to fix any issues.
The item, bone and category list are in the same unity3d file, so it's just handy to have them in same.

So it seems like items with FK have their own list and categories then eh? The regular items are in the 00 but these ones are in a 07 file which is quite interesting.

It is the main difference between VNs and manga, a VN after all is more like a book with illustrations while a manga relies almost entirely on images to tell the story, with text only used for voices and sound effects, which is why a vn can have fewer base images with lots small variations and cured details while manga are usually in black and white.

Oh, you actually tinker with the gray for that? I don't remember ever seeing anything mentioned like that on the tutorial.

I feel that the games rely heavily on the text and the actress to convey Sui's perverted nature while chaccu relies on his artwork. In a way, this explains why she wasn't in Etsu: Sui would've given in and embraced Yamato's demonic side.

She's definitely a perv even outside of chaccu's work, maybe it wasn't that obvious in the older games because her expressions always looked kinda normal but usually gives in very fast
