Don't be fooled by the first episode. If you thought Ousama Ranking was a feel-good, light humor story, you are in for a surprise.

The series has developed into a complex tale of betrayal, struggle, power, and redemption. A fine series, well worth watching!

Finished:
Leadale no Daichi nite - not bad, not great, worth watching once.
Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san - Funny and interesting.
Ousama Ranking - Surprisingly good! Well worth watching!
Attack on Titan Final Season pt 2 - Bet folks thought this would end it... nope. Part 3 airs in 2023.

New:
Mahoutsukai Reimeiki 01 - The long awaited sequel to Grimoire of Zero!
Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru 01 - I'll watch a couple of episodes to see how it goes.
Yuusha, Yamemasu 01 - Same note as above.
Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road 02 - Off to a good start.
Spy x Family 01 - I'm seldom hooked by the first episode, but this one interests me!

Finished last season:
Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu - after finishing it its only average for me, really liked the princess of Natra in this anime at first.
Fantasy Bishoujo Juniku Ojisan to - Good opening & comedy, nothing special.
Leadale no Daichi nite - was okay, nothing special either.

This season the following ones have caught my interest:

Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu / Skeleton Knight in Another World - 01
Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari Season 2 / The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2 - planning to watch soon

Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road 08 - So many twists and turns, quite interesting.
Spy x Family 06 - Better and better! Next week, the assassin's brother... Anya's uncle?!
The Last Summoner 05 - Worth a look, see.
Yuusha, Yamemasu 07 - The hero is whipping the demons into shape. The show's gotten quite good.

The Spring anime has produced some interesting shoes.

Just a typical family.

The sight of aria enriches the mind.
It's a calm daily life, so I often see it when I eat.

Some fairly interesting anime this Summer season.

Bucchigire 03 - Kind of reminds me of the old classic cowboy Western, The Magnificent Seven, but with Samurai warriors.
Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka S4 01 - DanMachi season 4 is off to a good start.
Kami Kuzu Idol 04 - An idol group of two boys, one of whom is haunted by a girl idol ghost. Cute and funny.
Overlord IV 03 - Now that Ains Ooal Gown has conquered the kingdom, can he rule it?
Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life 04 - Isekai, bur with slimes. Nooo, not like that other Slime Isekai. ;)
Hataraku Maou-sama S2 02 - Finally, the sequel to The Devil is a Part-Timer. What? The Demon Lord and the Hero have a child? But they haven't...

Delicious Party PreCure 19 - The 19th season of the Pretty Cure franchuse, and the 17th Pretty Cure team. The Gentlu Arc has finished, and the bad guys ramp up their attacks.

Lots of good viewing, this season! :)

A Herbivorous Dragon of 5000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized 03

Interesting, but a little complicated. A harmless old dragon, who happens to be a vegetarian, has lived quietly in his cave for thousands of years. One day, a little girl enters his cave, intending to be a human sacrifice to the "evil dragon," to protect her village. He tricks her into thinking he has spiritually eaten her. Now she thinks she's his disciple, and gets him to finally leave the cave. Turns out, the girl is a magic prodigy, but she thinks her power comes from the dragon.

And no, that's not a spoiler.

Clever, interesting, good action, and fast pace. The series packs a lot into 15 minute episodes.

A good Summer season pick-up.

I skipped this one when it first came out in 2020. Season 3 is just starting, and I got curious, so I started watching season 1.

Kind of enjoy it. Not the best, but it's interesting.
