I've been watching Tower of God (Kami no Tou) recently — just wrapped up season 2.

It's a wild ride. Genre-wise it's kinda like dark fantasy mixed with mystery and psychological elements, with a bit of that Shonen-Jump-but-not-really vibe. The worldbuilding is what hooked me — it's super weird and cryptic in a good way. You're constantly like "wait, what even is this place?" and the show doesn't spoon-feed anything.

The pacing's a bit uneven in spots, and some characters get more focus than others (👀 Rachel), but the tension builds really well toward the end

Would definitely recommend if you like shows that throw you into a strange world and let you figure it out as it unfolds. Just be ready for some pain.

Watching another hentai OVA that I'm too shy to name

Free your inner perversion, my friend. It's screaming to let itself out. Here, lemme give you an example:
I've just finished watching Imochichi, and is now moving on to watch Shoujo Ramune. GOOD STUFF, ngl

Im watching code geass. Im on half of the season 1 and it's pretty AMAZING classic anime style best plot
I really recommend it even I'm not finished yet
And i hope he doesn't get an ending like light yagami did

The second season of Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill (Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi) started, so I've been happily watching it since yesterday.
Just like the first season, they cook using actual seasonings sold in stores.

It's an interesting new form of advertising.
Sometimes, after deciding on dinner, I end up buying a seasoning that appears on my way home from work.
(I'm fully aware I'm acting exactly as the anime producers intended.)

Above all, the food looks delicious, and seeing the happy faces of the characters eating it makes me happy too.
The production company is MAPPA, so you can expect high-quality animation.

I'm a little bit picky with what i watch, but currently what I'm watching is The Too-Perfect Saint: Tossed Aside by My Fiancé and Sold to Another Kingdom. (such a long name ik ')

Haven't watched any new anime since 2021 with the exception of Mushoku Tensei of course.
Currently rewatching Baccano (english dub) and Ryuusei no Rockman (each episode is like 10mins).
My plan until the end of this year is to rewatch Darker than Black (both seasons and ALL OVAs).

Mushoku is peak, the novel is even more peak, the day I die, among my last thoughts will be : "I'm glad I read mushoku tensei"

The end of Mushoku Tensei is written in a way that really brings out the nostalgia of the long journey of Rudy's life. Most people bash on Rudy's early life behavior as a lolicon without realizing that the age of consent at the time of writing was like 13yo, a completely different reality when you read or watch Mushoku Tensei in >2023.
Before the next season or movie eventually comes out, I will definitely have to rewatch everything so far.
