I've been watching Tower of God (Kami no Tou) recently — just wrapped up season 2.

It's a wild ride. Genre-wise it's kinda like dark fantasy mixed with mystery and psychological elements, with a bit of that Shonen-Jump-but-not-really vibe. The worldbuilding is what hooked me — it's super weird and cryptic in a good way. You're constantly like "wait, what even is this place?" and the show doesn't spoon-feed anything.

The pacing's a bit uneven in spots, and some characters get more focus than others ( Rachel), but the tension builds really well toward the end

Would definitely recommend if you like shows that throw you into a strange world and let you figure it out as it unfolds. Just be ready for some pain.
