2nd: I can't me recall, that ASF ever a mobile application had - well a mobile version of itself.
3rd: Well, so far I know: this topic was been several times in/on the Site Support section given, and the respond of the 3 Admins was: that they'd need more admins, where they a "ASF-App" programming would. And the other reason why till now no ASF-App gave is, that it'd the budget of ASF dragging out.
