his accent and white hair don't bother me. what worries me is the personality. when i got into doctor who, matt smith was already here, so i knew what i was getting in to. even watching some of the original episodes i was familiar on what they were like. capaldi is an unknown to me

I just finished Deep Breath, and I gotta say it was great. Especially loved how it ended.

I can't wait to see how Moffat accounts for Capaldi's past appearances. With every regeneration he's supposed to have a different personality... I don't think I know who the Doctor is anymore. Still, it's nice to finally watch the show without spoilers. I think Capaldi's staying on for the next season so... meh he'll probably grow on me
