Much better. Went on a very slow and short jog this morning with almost no pain. Doctor said it will take up to six months for full recovery.

This is completely normal for any type of addiction. I've heard that alcoholics 10 years after quitting can suddenly start craving it one day, and can go right back to being addicted if they give in.

The new season of Face Off started with an interesting twist. They began with 16 would be makeup artists, and told them they were not yet on the show. The first episode was the final audition for Face Off; 14 would make it to the show.
There were some very good makeup jobs, and 4 truly bad ones. The two worst were eliminated. And so the stage is set.

I was doing a quick channel check, and Spike TV just started Enter The Dragon!
