Yes and Yes. I at least have tried to cosplay in the past, but one did not turn out well and the other I had to postpone and never got to wear it for the con. (The wig came in a week after the con.)

I am ruling them out right now. So far I have Mei Misaki from Another, Super Sonico (Nurse Version),and Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The conventions don't start till the summer but I learned to plan ahead.
