I guess it's thanks to the Christmas giveaway. Many of my friends, including AS staff, got the game due to the free offer and started playing multiplayer again. Of course, around the same time, we put up a Mumble server, which I think was a nice coincidence in timing. (No, I didn't set it up because of the Christmas giveaway, though I'm glad I did.) I'm not an FPS person myself, though, so I don't play it. But yeah, it's always better to play with people you know than just messing around with AI opponents. I'm not doing much for the holidays; watched fireworks with my family but that's about it. Some family stuff, yeah, but not much.
