The night phases are long since there are alot of actions to do during the night phase. Shikis have to answer the Doc or the Priest, Civs have to answer the Doc or the Priest, Shikis have to decide what they should do and that depends on how many Shikis there are.

Yeah, I can see that. According to me the day phase should be alot shorter than the night one. Main reason to that is that day phase involves ONE action while night phases involves a huge ammount of actions which also is based on how often people can PM each others. For example: If Sammie invites me to the Doc when I've gone to sleep for 5 mins ago. Then the night phase extends itself up to 8 hours depending on how long I sleep since he needs an answer.

Well, I guess that it would be a good idéa. But people got different times as well. Some sleeps when others are awake and that ruins the time limit when these kind of nightly activities exist.

Hell, I've waited too long. Phase Change in an hour. If someone didn't get to do an action its their problem...

24 hours might not be always enough. Example.
0:00 I do phase change. 0:00-12:00 civ that will be invited to clinic is online, 16:00 Doctor invites that person...

There are also people who ignore my PMs about their invitation even after I send them 2 PMs which really irritates me... Which is currently happening btw...
