huh? Web fiction just means it was published on the web. Fan fiction means it is a derivative work made by fans (doesn't have to be on the web)...

That would be fiction, or any subgenre in it. Being officially published doesn't add anything to the genre. Even webfiction is just an indication that it is intended to be read online, rather than something about the genre.
