oh okay then feel good about my run today, slowed myself down but brought my mates time from 20 mins to 17 mins for the mile and a half hope to reach a better time next week!

well, after the run i feel i could have done more so i plan to increase the distances i jogged and shorten my walking distances, getting relatively fit now =)

also sky, i did about 8-11 miles i believe it was in an hour by mountain bike, which includes up and down hill also a bit of walking, the pedal fell off haha
