Lol hmm... well avatar was a fairly successful anime styled creation ;p Maybe if they only borrowed the art style~ I dont care for the style of comics and stuff...

Fan translations... takes too long and they get bored or busy? :/

I noticed a lot of fan translations for visual novels get abandoned.

that's probably because they don't realize how much work they need to put in

Usually or the person just completely stops posting. This happened with the visual novel of a name I cannot remember. A guy that was dedicated to translating guro visual novel was going to translate Gun Katana and dropped Gore Screaming Show after translating some of the beginning. Nursery Rhyme by Lump of Sugar was also dropped.

i was disappointed when Da Capo 3 was dropped, but that was because MangaGamer sent a cease and desist

that's probably because they don't realize how much work they need to put in

...And because they've too a financial-problem, how at currently at fansubs, in anime sector... Where everywhere at they on his main pages "Donation" see can.

MangaGamer has a ok lineup. I noticed they are going to translate a Clockup game which will hopefully bring in more games by them. Hopefully Euphoria will be translated.

yeah, the people were making quick progress with it too. they were doing 5-10% progress a week, which is a good pace for translating, but they were stopped, look fuwanovel

they say there's no plans on mangagamer translating though, and that's messed up if not -_-
i could understand stopping them if they were gonna translate it themselves :/

I cannot remember what visual novel it was, but their was huge scuffle among fan translators and the company. Instead of translating the game separately they used a fan translation without credit. I think it was solved though.
