Somehow is it weird/odd to think, that at an mediterranean country, like Turkey is snow falls...:bored:

Well, the "area" can mean: In or outside there - or better near or in the circle... Though Finnland's north side pokes the circle...
 
It's not snowing everywhere,mostly in İstanbul and the closer cities.
