CAV need some buff, at the moment they're in a really awkward place, close to useless if you have the right equipment and Tone class.

They're nice ships, except just in a really awkward place that I rather use Tone class instead with a Type 0 Observation plane that provides the same LoS, except Type 0 Observation plane doesn't participate in actual combat compared to Zuiun, but at the end of the day its the LoS that I want, since Zuiun barely make much any difference compared to the extra raw firepower you get from Tone Class.
