Just finished watching Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars (4 hours)

Farscape was a pretty good Sci-Fi series from 10 or so years ago. Scheduled to go 5 years, it was cancelled after 4, with a big cliffhanger (the leading guy and gal got blown to smithereens.)

The Peacekeeper Wars was a mini-series that finished the story.

I hadn't seen it in years.

I planned to watch it but now that I know it has a huge cliffhanger I gave up.

Ohhh, it's still worth watching. Knowing there was a cliffhanger (a common theme for season finales of many series) doesn't affect the overall enjoyment of the show. And Farscape had a big enough fan following that they had to resolve the cliffhanger and bring the whole story to a conclusion in the mini-series.

Edit:

BTW, the Jim Henson Company did the makeup and special effects for the series.

Doesn't sound quite so much of a cliffhanger as it sounds like "And everyone died. The End!".

Of course, dead is relative. In the world of sci-fi, "dead" does not always mean "dead."

It's amazing what sci-fi medicine can do with bits and pieces of what's left. ;)

Use those bits to make SciFi soup.
