More school stuff ? If it helps I got stupid software stuff, and when contacting Acronis True Image support I get this kind of answer: We see you are using True Image 2013 version, buy 2014 version and we will help you, or buy an isolated help inquiry for your particular problem. Even when it was they software that seemed bugged. They won't even reply to it because I bought it last year >< Lame.
