The quality of the character art depends on how far the artist is willing to go with expressions. You may be able to use the same pieces for certain things (like the head, hair, etc) while changes facial expressions, and possibly poses/postures. Think about what you can expect to not be reused easily~

for how it'll be shown, could something like Luminous arc be done? They brighten the pics and overlay on other pics when the character is talking. How they come/leave is up to you based on the scene. There will be some where they might be part of the background as well.

I'm guessing copyrighted music isn't going to work XD oh well~ maybe I can learn a little about synthesizing x_x

If you wanted to, you could wait til most of the story idea is finished and try to make a few things for some normal settings.
(bedroom, classroom, driving, etc.)

The other music is definitely going to be special, based on the environment and main event. The first few times will be like a void, throughout the middle will be some natural settings (desert, snow mountains, oceans, etc.) the last place will probably be one of the backgrounds with some changes. I'll get more into that later~

I have enough in mind to have 3 songs per scene~
all of it is what I have thoo~~
most likely there will need to be a special way to decide to go with what.
ummmm so maybe soon I'll be able to give more input about how things will be split up, then we might be able to work in chapters~

I might need some idea of middle things to lighten up the mood~ (daily life things to take a breath from the drama XD)
