    It's Kasumi's Power Blow at the end of the combo.
    Every character can use it. (Just a different button input)

    Directions for the input:
    --> = Right
    <-- = Left
    ^ = Up
    v = Down
    p = punch (for PS3, triangle)
    k = kick ( for PS3, circle)
    p+k (for pS3, L1)

    combo:
    ^+triangle | --> --> circle circle | --> p+k | <-- p+k

    the last one you have to time correctly.
    Hold the buttons and release then when you see the whirlwind. (2:02 in the video)
