I'm surprised nobody mentioned Tetris by EA, it's like one of the top games (for a good reason too)...
Good 'ol Tetris and it's addicting, aside from controls sometimes being too sensitive and you screw up your block placement. Plus it's one of the only games that don't eat through my craPod battery in 10minutes :P

I'm still playing them on iPad and Facebook. It's very addictive.

Cut the Rope is an awesome phone game!! i also play cartoon wars, zenonia 4 & 5, and there are sights where you can get emulators of n64 and gba

I really like the Zenonia Series....1 and 2 are $1 each, but 3 4 and 5 are all free. Plague Inc is pretty interesting too!!! Kill the world with a disease, strategically! :)

I agree with Cut the Rope app game it's a very complicated but nice brain game;
Queen's Crown 2 is a very nice action rpg app game;
Retired Wizard Story is also nice touch & drag app game (must not let the sheeps escape!);
& LINE games (minigames) are all fun to play like, Line Pong Pong Pong it has 10 different minigames in 1 app game;
all these games are for ios & android and they are free

i really enjoyed Dead Space mobile as it came very close to the "real" Dead Space in terms like Graphics,Sound....though you saw the credits after 5 hours.Another one is The Hobbit,really addicting mmo empire game.Simpsons was fun...and yes i also played the shit out of the Angry Birds game ! :)
