Watched 5cm per second yesterday, and while it is a beautiful movie with some good story telling elements, it kind of falls flat for me. The characters are okay, but it is kind of like the only reason they can't reach their happy ending is because they can't bring themselves to put the effort in (except for one of them that apparently turns out fine). I went in knowing this was a movie known for being melancholy, but that aspect didn't sit that well with me.

I also saw the 2 Natsume OVAs and the Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun OVA. Nastume ones were decent (can't complain about more Nastume ^^). The kaibutsu one was actually pretty good, got me laughing. :)

Now I've been watching some more Gintama, and it has some really solid arcs in its more recent running (around episode 210 now I believe).
