I think I'll just do fine. With all my experience in the domain, it will be a little bit easier.

Well I guess they don't work too hard anymore as much as they are just normally there pretty much every day most of the day. Pretty hard to set up management you trust, I guess. They were basically just two friends that worked as chefs with each other for a good deal of years, and then decided to open their own place, which is now about 13 years old.

Cafe is hopefully a bit more easy going too. :)
