ive played some~ i DLed the whole lot on a whim some time ago starting from the first to the most recent but i havnt played em much since ive been trying to get through some of my fav LNs and VNs

It's kind of based on experience. I played Bullet Hell shooters, since DoDonPachi. Like, I can survive endless waves on Normal, but if I do not know anything about the stage, then I am basically screwed.

I doubt it. Everything is random based on the time on which you choose to attack that enemy.
