huh. i thought all new posts would move the thread to the top of the table... looking at a few different posts, i can conclude that in my observations, it is not something to indicate a specific member posting, not due to popularity, not new threads, not threads with the most views, nor threads with the most posts.... -confused-

i agree with you about the english dubs... just doesn't ever seem right. the conversations might be a little easier to follow, but a lot of the essence is lost in the translation. the voices never sound like they're 'matched' to the characters, if you know what i mean... or maybe thats just me ^^
