I have always wanted to ask this question but, why am I always forbidden from downloading save files? Is it the website that has been prohibiting me from doing so? Or is there something wrong with my PC? I mean it happens every F**KING time and I don't even know what's holding me from doing so.

the site are forbidding hot link! so if you're always using hot link that provided from post, they'll track your IP and banned it

well, there should be more append other than Hinata's.. since the first LxC got the whole year append released..

i dont really understand what you mean, and i dont know whether this will be kind of answering your statement.. but i'm from outside japan, and i totally CAN PLAY it really well without problems

Same here so i don't see what your problem is with not been able to play , unless you have your pc setting not on japan/japanese but other then that ...

Set your System Locale to Japanese.

3. Click the Advanced tab, go to "Language for non-Unicode Programs", and select "Japanese (Japan)" from the drop-down menu.
4. Click OK
5. Restart your computer
