my FB account has at least 20 people using their partners photo and/or someone else's so you can really be sure on facebook. An explanation of those kind of action usually expands from shyness to insecurity. well mostly because they want to brag about who they're with.

@decal, i'm guessing your female friends are the social/vain types if their accounts are full of themselves in random poses.
