Unfortunately a lot of people have had defective PS4's. Have had mine for over 2 years with no major issues though.

Appears to be the HDMI cable. Switched it out and it works now.

Yeah but kinda a cheap one lol. The one that came with my PS4 broke. Cat chewed that one :/ bought a 3 pack on eBay for super cheap lol. Guess they are defective.
