I use CS5 Extended myself so there might be a few changes to the lay-out/buttons etc etc :o
 
Well the problem before me now is where to put my name XD
Making my background itself is already troublesome

How I use microsoft office 2003 in my school and they suddenly changed it to 2010

lol, name placement bothers me a lot too xD
Sometimes there's no space >_>

You'll get used to the background making eventually.
Don't forget you can use renders/fractals/C4D's too!
 
I'm trying to make it unique so it's difficult XD
Not sure about the space though

I had to render 5 different things just to complete the background w
