I think I got to 99.7 or so once, but I've never really tried to go for overdrive. As a plus, it is easier to get for newer users I believe (something about how it determines what your activity rate is).
 
157584 Ehh... well old people have to consistently have x posts average for... a month? However long the activity counts for... New people are only counted for the days they have been on forum so if they post tons from the start then they can get 100% if they pass the activity of whoever currently has it without doing so for the same period...

157589 Well unless I'm remembering incorrectly, to get 99.7% you have to out-post the person who currently has 99.7%. If you want 100%, you have to have the highest activity on the site.
