Pastrami
Many researchers have concluded that regular consumption of processed meats may lead to higher risk for prostate cancer and several other cancers. That’s why AICR advises people to avoid all forms of processed meat until we know more about what it is specifically about processed meat that increases cancer risk.

It’s not clear how exactly processed meat raises cancer risks, but it might have to do with:

Nitrates, which are often used as preservatives in processed meat, change into N-nitroso (compounds that promote cancer) in the meat and also in the gut when it is being digested.
Carcinogenic PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) compounds can be produced during processing."

yeap all of this is true i know due a close family person has those thinks... so even i taking him with me every day for walking and cycling in order for the cholesterol to goes down... and the same for diabetes that he has in his blood...

That's why BACON is banned for life!!!!

anyway people some times must think their bodies and their health... when the cholesterol or diabetes or cancer knock's your door you are half responcible for them... foot with to much fatness smocking not exercising your body... it will be a dead end...

Bacon is not so bad in moderation.
It all comes down to moderation.
When you over indulge that's when things become bad.
Anything in excess is bad when you think about it.

Examples
To much water you drown.
To much love you creep everyone out... even the person you love.
To caffeine cause tachycardia and can lead to arrhythmia.(not to mention the blockage of Ca+ to heart as well)
To much running is bad for your knees
To much exercise is bad for your muscles
To much oxygen is bad as well (known as oxygen toxicity syndrome, or oxygen intoxication/poisoning)
