I use locale emulator in jp for the text. About being slow, for me it's always slow after lauching, but then it kinda start working better, or at least I feel to be so.

Quick question in this game http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE224562.html what does the status screen say? (upper left of the third picture) i mean what are the 3 things being counted exactly?
I'm not fluent in Japanese but Google translation (I think) says that you need to login to http://dlsite.jp/code and you can download the extra scenarios with your 16 alphanumeric character code included in the initial (physical) version of the game.

TL;DR unless someone who actually bought the game feels like sharing their code everyone is SOL though I have a feeling once a code is used it can't be re-used again anyways.
Still you would guess the extra scenario are files that can be extracted/exported or maybe even a simple .exe file. Either it's more complex than that or nobody feels like sharing at the moment (can't fault them really; they did pay for it after all, why share and get nothing in return but anonymous "thanks")

Shadowcore and Thug Hero Party wich both are translated.
Consider Nanaha (http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE149527.html) and I am your guinol (http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE170185.html) are good,the first is partly translated i think and the second is being fully translated.

The recs Animefan_09 gave(though I didn't care for the SRPG one-) With some extras, young wife souffle is interesting even though it's female POV because the wife goes home to talk about her day after each event and depending on what you do- changes made there.
There's also ロイドとサーシャと7人の浮気相手たち by Suzuya, which is one of my personal favorites- it has much better buildup than most NTR rpgs- just make sure you know that there is ways for you to reach an ending that can't continue further if you mess up-(for the first day, don't break any promise to your wife.. aka- if you tell her that you will stay the night with her, then do so.. messing up even once will make your game not progress past the first ending branch)..
Also perhaps try ミーアのお仕事 by Landcut.
I'm also more of a fan of the RPGs than the vns for the most part so I have tons of recs, but no point swamping you- the titles Animefan_09 gave that are from kuripick, Consider Nanaha and I am your guinol are already many hours longer than most-(and very hardcore in their scenes).. and Shadowcore is just a classic that no one should miss..(CANNOT WAIT for that circles next game- it's been postponed for too long but he's still working away at it with currently 1900cgs and 20+ hours of gameplay). guess that's why it is fully translated. Thug hero party has pretty good art too.
If you happened to play all these or they don't interest you then i'll have throw out some more rpg titles I liked.
That said- im assuming you meant an RPG when you said that as the genre- not a VN.

Thanks but I've already played all with the exception of guinol and the last dlsite you linked, what I am looking for is an actual VN but with ntr fantasy rpg genres, by that I mean not an actual RPG, just pure VN with ntr fantasy/rpg genre
@Yosef30 Yes, I like RPG more than VN because of the interaction, etc., but I am running out of rpg that has ntr to play even the untranslated ones so I am trying my best to start to like VNs because I just can't get to VNs. Treasure Hunter Mai or Cistina is easily the top rpg ntr games for me because the NTR is somewhat avoidable and I prefer it more if the NTR is avoidable because that makes the NTR more exciting for me. I wish Gyu or any circle would make another rpg like that.
I am already playing ロイドとサーシャと7人の浮気相手たち, but I expected the girl to be doing the NTR instead of the guy, but anyway it's still NTR, but better if the girl lol

Of course it's better if the recommendation is rpg ones that I haven't tried yet but I also like to try actual VN ones that has ntr fantasy rpg genre.

Mmm do you have any suggestion of rpgs with ntr where you play as the guy? kind of like Shadowcore, or even if you play as the girl 1 where she fully betrays the MC? either changing sides, leaving him for dead, or even something more subtle like deciding to save the netori guy instead of the MC?
Oh trust me- if you still think this will be the case, you're very early in. The game turns full netorare- not netori later. That's why I said, it's a interesting buildup. really satisfying. There's a hidden ending as well,- you should be able to get into a 4th day. If the game gives you credits before then, you've missed a flag.

Oh wow. I didn't know their next game was already in the works. and a new NTR one.. though title and synopsis points more to netorase- still that's great.. Their last title was female pov and based around prostitution.. an alright game but not NTR as they're known for. guess they were just trying something else. Mid-june release date though, that's pretty soon..
As far as things to look out for in LLoyd and the 7- should be easy to get through as long as you get through the first day without breaking a promise to the wife. Combat is really simple and consists of just getting the 1 op multiattack ability and spamming it on every boss- you don't use gold for anything but buying equips and you get way more than you need so always buy the latest set of gear at the shop. Other routes may change via choices but just saving often will make sure you don't lose too much progress if you want to check the bad ends too.
