I think New MTSP doujin won't be NTR Doujin, it's Koe no Katachi doujinshi (thanks MTSP) and 2 MILF in this story ( Nishimiya mama and Ishida Mama ) already divorced. But i don't know this doujinshi setting is before or after she divorcing her husband. Well, i don't really care since her husband is scumbag, divorcing his wife just because their daughter is deaf.

MTSP is troll, in his site they said they will release Tohsaka-ke doujin in this comiket haha, nobody thought it's Koe no Katachi doujinshi!!

Good news. Xration is finally releasing another part of the Mixed-Real series at this comiket, Mixed-Real Union. Seems to be a reprint bundling all four of the previous books, plus the new story. Full book is 172 pages, and if I'm understanding right the new stuff will be 34 pages. This series is what made Xration one of my favourite NTR doujin circles so I'm really looking forward to this.
Looks like this comiket might be good for NTR.

Yeah I read Zero In for a while because of that one too. You mean only three parts of the doujin, or only three chapters of the manga translated?
I've been reading the doujin since the first book was translated, and was surprised they were parodying such a little known work. Unfortunately they're just about out of heroines to use too, so Union might very well be the finale. I've been thinking since the end of the 4th book that if they were going to finish Mixed-Real the only thing left was to do one last one with all three of the girls. Perhaps this time the guy will finally discover if his delusions are all true or if he's just been imagining it all. I'm anticipating it a lot.

Really liked Bishop games, especially Mesu Kyoushi3/4, since they're easy to play, because you don't need to know language ofc. That's sad that's there's no english translation for games like these. So anybody can recommend me some games in english or in japanese which I can play without any troubles ? I really like turning from good girl into bad. Would also like to play Venus, but in Japanese complicated game like this, would be too hard probably. Thanks for help and reply, and sorry for bad english.

Can't think of much of the top of my head. I think this game fits your description with protag with a male and female childhood friend, girl tells him she's likes someone is and thinking of confessing, he thinks she means him and is sounding him out in advance and encourages her to confess, and after that she and the other guy come along and happily reveal that they're dating now with her thanking him for helping her work herself up for it. He then has to suffer seeing their relationship develop with him as the third wheel, with the three being close long time friends he can't just stop hanging out with them and such.
Not sure what else, though I vaguely remember there might be some more obscure doujin games that fit the bill. Can't quite remember though.

There are plenty that fit your requirements, though I can't list a bunch of them and personally much prefer Type A NTR where it's consensual from the start so I don't keep track of many of the kind you want. Though I do like moral corruption, with the heroine being reluctantly seduced at first, but getting into it later and eventually becoming and enthusiastic participant in the infidelity hardly feeling guilt at all and perhaps even scorning the protag who's taken so long to realise there's something going on.
Well for your needs you can try that Pin-Point game from this last year. She's coerced into doing it at first, but gets corrupted quickly enough. It's pretty hot and not that difficult to follow. Nowhere near as long as the newer Venus games.
Good look finding english NTR games. Let me know if you do.

Firstly, it's properly NTR manga (not NTR hentai manga but "adult, Slice of Life, tragedy" tag).

She told him that her college thesis is on "Adultery/Immorality" (不倫), and she did all those stuffs as a way to gather data for her thesis. (irrelevance90).

About this game, I think Karmazin give you advice for hard-core NTR game. If you are newbie, you should consider your mind for this game. With me, it's one of the best NTR game which I have ever played. However the NTR content of it is too high for newbie. I am warning that the NTR manga which I comment about maybe high NTR content for newbie also. Just careful with it.

The game which you mentioned isn't NTR game so it's hard for me to recommend you some NTR game. So You could try game of [Silky] company for your taste. I strongly recommend [Bishop] Mesu Kyoushi and [Silky's] Gakuen Saimin Reido ～Sakkimade、Daikiraidatta Hazunanoni～ for easy playing (Netori).
[Venus] game is not complicated at all. It's very easy for you to get all endings. And Venus is one of the best company in my list NTR company. If you love NTR you should check it all.

P/s: (C87) [abgrund (Saikawa Yusa)] Summer Halation 2 is out. It's hot like lava. Check it now when it's still hot everyone

I like that situation too, though it'd be hard to manage in Mixed-Real where the only heroine he lives with is the sister.
Unless a protag lives with or next door to the NTR guy then you can't produce that situation plausibly. So I can't see it happening in this case, though I enjoy seeing it in other works.

And yeah, why haven't any of Otabe Sakura's Mukashi Ecchi books been translated? Those are hot, I just can't believe nobody would be interested in seeing it in english. There must be some kind of conspiracy against NTR afoot again.
