Most MG have patches... well more along the lines of hot fixes so you don't see them.
Hell Major one in my was the whole weapon changes.
Start out with normal stuff like Sword, then gun, and chairs.
Then I changed them all two stuff like, Twisted ball of Ivy, Gravity shards, Vial of light, and Lost bag of marbles.

A revival system sounds like it would be hell to control.
Unless it was soooooooo hard to do that it was not even worth trying and it only workerd once.
But even then it still sounds like a no no.
Imagine if I came back in MG4, the street would have run red with blood... AGAIN!!

Though that's not what I intended, I was confused about my character's position and I ended up throwing the shoe to the window (I actually wanted to throw it to a metal locker)
