Maybe if the company provides purchasing through downloading like WoW, just like how you get downloadable contents? Though, since not everyone has good internet speed *points at self*, so if I were to buy, I'd prefer physical copy of course. Not to mention bonuses and such, and physical copies are more memorable (especially if for example you buy a music album because you really like the performer).

I don't think so, to be honest. I think they (as in my government) are implying high standards just because they want to rival other countries (especially since Singapore as a neighbouring country pwns pretty much all other countries in the region), but what sucks is that they have yet to cope up with their own standardised level of education. I mean, they expect much, but don't give as much (I can rant for hours about this so I'll stop here :P).

I wouldn't say ours is good as well. There are flaws here and there. Haha, my uni isn't exactly a really elite one or anything; it's just the main uni of the country with like the highest prestige (for the staffs, at least). Admittedly the entrance exam was like hell though >_>

Indeed. And online shopping isn't really an option either; importing goods from other countries costs you crazy taxes here. Last time I did so I had to pay like over 40% the invoiced price, like seriously? Bad service? Like how?
lol, now that's a bad way of handling a customer. Although it's not much different here - complaints can take over a week to be handled -_-
