i am 2 day now but this illness is about a 4-5 days fever... all the bad luck of the world is upon me :(

Hmmmmmm my concerns are that this has been going on for more than a few days.
If you go back up too 39.2 take some more aspirin or 500mg of ibuprofen (advil) (be careful when mixing medications, cold meds and some painkiller mix together will send you straight to the ER)
If it doesn't go down after an hour of taking the medication then go to the your doctor or the ER.
For this prolonged of time it's not healthy for the body.
