Ok I found it! After 5 or 6 years, I did find the manga :D
It was [Konchiki] Watashi Ecchi Desu yo? and you can find it here or here. The story runs from the chapter 7 to the chapter 9 and it's the continuity of the first chapter. It was really hard to find on e-hentai and its brother because this manga has been expurged for some reason.
And I must say that my memory was a little bit off since it's not about counceling, but more about a girl who discovers that she has a naughty mind when she films the other girl having sex with the teacher. Likewise, the loli is not really a loli and she has big boobs and the heroin doesn't have a ponytail. Except from that, my summary was not too bad :D
I really recommend this story!
The fun part is that these three chapters have been translated in english during their publication in Comic Kairakuten (2012), but I can't find it even if now I know the author and the name of the story.

This method was posted before by someone in this forum. From what I checked, it works with every Rascou game that I have.
-Go to the 'savedata' file and open 'config' file with notepad or notepad++ or whatever text editor.
-Inside the config file and you'll see a string of sp01010, sp01020... and so on, replace the last 0 in all of them with 1 and you will end up with sp01011, sp01021...
-Save and exit, run the game and the scenes will be unlocked for you.
For older rascou games, you can also edit the 'photo' files in the savedata for extra cgs.
-Just open the photo file and replace all the 'n's with 'g's in there except for the very first line. You will end up with first line 'n' and the rest all 'g's.
-save and exit.

I just finished the new atelier sakura game, 淫らに堕ちる、最愛彼女, and it surparssed my expectations. It has a kind of long build up at the beginning and I think that it helped me to feel more attached to the characters and their relationship. It was interesting how the story went, the mc was a little annoying, but I liked the distress and sorrow that the mc went through. For me this is what ntr is about, losing someone you love and I think that this game portrayed this well. I also liked the ending, it was emotional and bittersweet, also the mature speech of the ntrguy and the final thoughts of the mc. I am not good at writting analysis, so I am not going in depth about the scenes and my criticisms, but overall I got a good ntr vibe from it.

Thanks, i also went to nyaa and found a version like that, i did notice the ones with windows 10 compability were almost 2 times bigger. And i still have a few hopes since triangle blue was amazing is in the text not in the CGs. Well that and i have a weak spot for nurses xD

I will try it but it's not satisfy for me who seeking "best endings". I hope Atelier sakura could make more hardcore game. The new Atelier Sakura actually has a terrific NTR plot, one of their best , however, while they have good art and story, once again they have a fatal flaw, this time which is the rushed and short NTR sex scenes.
To summarize, the protag had a childhoold friend ai, they start dating and have sex, but he then wakes up in hospital to find that its a dream.
The truth was that he was hospitalized because he got hit by a car protecting the girl and has been in a coma.
He notices the girl and his buddy is behaving suspiciously and so there is NTR mystery, and as it turns out the buddy confessed to her while he was in a coma and now they are having sex.
As i said, the plot is good, as the fact that he got in a coma protecting the girl and the girl went out with someone else and slept with him while he was in a coma adds to the pain and NTR feeling.
However, the NTR part feels SOOOO rushed (e.g the first time the girl had sex with the ntr guy, there was no kissing or foreplay shown, just straight to some lackluster doggy style sex scene.
What a shame, could have been much better but they cut corners on the H scenes and CGs this time.
Which is sad,since they actually had a good art and plot this time.
