well for Germany there i saw those speeds but for Greece the mentioned speed is tremendous for home usage. Price is 17-21 euros per month. mine is 19,70 euros.
but in the office i have around 8-10MB/s cause i have VDSL 50/24MBit Download/Upload. for professional usage. <- that's the common package for business solution. but it costs every month we pay around 85 euros.
