head and neck pains....

Do you have any seat cushion around your house? Or any cushion to support the lower side of your neck while resting,or any medical gel you can use as cream to the area?

I'm laying down to watch it...I have a 31" LED in my room for a monitor...and the only thing to determine how much I enjoying it is how well the terran plays...the pain killers are finally doing their jobs...mostly...
