Well, if you the TZ.s good know, then can you sure good guess, that in the west-coast of USA (where Samy lives) what for a time is (from me is he -9 hours).^^

A guy at work told me he was starting to take sleeping pills for nights where he really needed to settle down and sleep right away. Sounds like it is working great for him so far. :)

Sleep medication shouldn't have too many risks, and if you only use it every now and then rather than all the time, their effects shouldn't deteriorate (or at least not significantly).

I have used with doctor's prescription those medicines (remember a time when i couldn't sleep at all)?

I take those medicines and i am doing just fine!
 
But it should with caution use will, because it can some after effects appear - and that isn't funny after a time...>_>
 
There are also purely herbal solutions available, which should minimize risk further.
