-all the people (we don't have a lot in total, but in the city it is as crowded as a tuna can)
-no space
-adulthood age is 20
-the population increase is falling (i swear one year the population will decrease)
-cold city (not as bad where I live but Tokyo is terrible)
-earthquake (I live in a high appartment with the protection system, the whole building swings back and forth and make me feel sick)

Pros:
- Gastronomy is pretty good.
- Variety of weather but not to extremes in most places.
- There are plenity of green zones.
- Atlantic coast and Mediterranean coast.
- Some art expositions and museums are nice here.
- Its safer than many countries.

Cons:
- People (childs, teenagers, adults, old people and mainly everyone) use a wide amount of fool language as if its the most common thing.
- Overpopulated with elder people.
- People dont do babies :(
- No part-time jobs or alike, you can do some but they are ilegal (ive worked a couple of times washing dishes and stuff on some big restaurant but there is no formulary, contract or social security)
- I dont know if its common everywhere else but, there is a lot of xenophobia.
- Every province wants to separate from the country, inner fighting and disagreements. Probably all this comes from the civil war they had.
- Young people are... a bit too lazy i think, not everyone but thats what you see the most.
- Lack of manners when interacting with people, theres little respect to the others.
- Bullfighting, which i personally find a bit too violent and cruel (i belive they are abolishing it soon in some places).
- Spanish people tend to repel other cultures, too traditional maybe?

In case of the economy, well i guess its pretty much the same everywhere you go; taxes up, salaries and income drops, population rage and so on; all this makes me feel a bit deressed ._.
I wonder when, or at least IF things will work out somehow in the future.

Pros:
- Good and free* education.
- Free* Healthcare.
- Fast/Stable ISP.
- Nice variety of weather... kinda... warm summers, cold winters.
- Maybe nothing special about our nature/flora but it has its charm.
- Dreamhack for those who enjoy LANs.
- Uppcon
- Hot girls (but who needs them when you have 2D?).

Cons:
- When that year comes when you get like 1 meter snow that never melts for 5 months, you get very very sick of it.
- Dunno WTF the police is doing catching teenager on scooters when they could solve a real crime instead? But maybe thats just me...
- High gas cost ~14 swedish krona/L.
- People from Sweden are generally shy.
- Immigration is somewhat of a problem, (and no I'm not racist or hostile towards immigrants - some of my best friends are immigrants).


*You still have to pay taxes, but you do not have to worry about health insurance or insanely high school costs.

Cons:
We're constantly in debt.
We keep getting stupid people as president recently.
We declare war at first sight with anything.
We're insecure about threats of war (we are not afraid to fight back, but as insecure as we are it's easy to play games with us in a big city like NYC)
We're far behind on technology and the overall outwards and inwards appearance of our cities and towns.
Our tram system is run down.
School system is not so good, full of government and not enough people.
Healthcare is expensive as hell.

Pros - Very multicultural (I've lived in two provinces, the one Im from its MOSTLY people from Asia, the one Im in now is so so with immigration)
Good food
Free Healthcare
Good transit
Cheap shops
Mostly still nature
Smaller population and more free space
Good foreign relations

Cons - Expensive to import things
We always help America and allies with unnecessary wars
Government wastes spending money on too many military related things (lately)
Eastern Canada (where I live for now) is ignored way too much when it comes to helping/giving provinces money
Cities basically have designated slum areas where they kinda push all the poor into and ignore
Expensive real estate in some areas where its not really needed

I'm going to start with cons first as they're comming to me quicker than the pros
Cons -country full of deadly animals -snakes, spiders, crocs etc
distance to travel to another town -too much space
Government are filled with people who only care for one person -themselves
Public transportation outside of major cities either very small scale or doesn't exist
Always following America into unnecessary wars
Summers are very hot -you almost live under an air conditioner
Expensive to import things
Fanatical about their sports in particular cricket and australian rules football

Pros -Beaches
Plenty of space and tourist attractions (Ayres rock, The Great Barrier Reef)
Population with an easy, laidback nature
Good food
Nice weather, when it's not a hot summer

Pros. Devon, west country cider, sunday roast. Urm.... Struggling struggling. Nah I'm out of anything else.

Cons. The government, unemployment, being part of the EU, taxes, cost of petrol, high crime rate and awful justice system, too many human rights for criminals and not enough for victims/potential victims, chavs, the idiots who watch shows (eg TOWIE). I could go on and on about whats wrong with that country.

In my Country:

Pros:
- daily goods prices and need relatively cheap (with only US$500 a month you can afford well-being lifestyle).
- money can buy everything (you can bribe government officer for make everything run smoothly).
- a lot of splendid cuisine (we've got many restaurant with many kind national and international cuisine).
- getting job relatively easy, high education and abilities is not mandatory (well, because company need cheap employee).
- if you're looking hard enough; you may find black market that sell luxury thing with low-end prices.
- economic is grow nicely despite corruption; bank lenient enough to give credits; government accommodate quite well to the citizen who want open a company.
- frequent local event and festival but damn, company don't give enough holidays for it.

Cons:
- Politic in our country is screw up; corruption grow into its roots and most folks at parliament and government are fucking incompetence. (Well, money is talking in here afterall).
- Religion unrest; there is influential anarchist religion organization from majority (Islam) that keep assault and torturing minority (christian, catholic, budhist, hindust, and kong-fu-chu) and government didn't give a shit about it!!
- in our country's corner parts there is separatism attempt because development not happen in there.
- low wages job; have your own company if you want to be rich.
- rich is the master; poor is the slave in our country ~ our country apply semi-jungle law in my opinion.
- it's too damn fucking hot over here during daytime.

but despite of those problem; I'm still love my country and plan to spend my life in here until the rest of my life ~ because my country has a lot of cultures, natural resources, human potential, and it's a beautiful place according to me. All we need is a government and citizen with integrity and good attitude; I'm still have hope my country would change someday.

Good points: Best place for retirement, cheap price, have a lot of tourist destinations, natural scenes, friendly people, free of violation of license agreement(no fear of FBI or SOPA, ACTA or whatever) free for downloading(internet connection is bad in exchange)
Bad points: lack of civilization (throwing garbages, spitting...), low wage job, education system is a bullshit(no university is able to get in the world ranking), corrupted government...

Learning a lot of theory stuff but nearly not many chances to practice at all thanks to the lack of equipments. If you know the Robocom tournament, I bet you know that our country team even uses hand to check the electricity current.

I think this is what annoys me the most about our country (though I don't live in Indonesia)
It's just disgusting the way the big people exploit the small people with corruption. If Mr. Tomo would see this he would be incredibly dissapointed.. Same deal with thieves, etc. All people care about nowadays in Indonesia is money, money money...

Also, the tension between religion and ethnic background is also so damn horrible - I'm normally not so content when people call Indonesia a "Muslim country". Though it's true - I think we should strive on becoming a country that depends on diversity (whether Muslim, Protestant, Catholic, Buddhist, Hindu, etc.) - which we should be! The old Javanese saying, which became Indonesia's image: "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika", Through Diversity, Unite!. is completely BS now... Very sad.. I don't even care if the saying was made to express the tolerance between Buddhists and Hindus, it's the 21st century, the saying should express all of us.

Another ridiculous thing is the amount of smokers. I don't mind smokers, but really - if 8 year olds can get their hands on ciggies that cost like 10 cents each, it's ridiculous. I'm not saying it's all their fault but also the ones of Western tobacco companies that move to developing countries to make money there - catering to young people who are more likely to buy their products by literally advertising them every 5 meters; last time I went to Jakarta I was pretty shocked..

Other than that, Indonesia is amazing in terms of how ridiculously cheap everything is, how ridiculously amazing the country sides are..

+ Very developed country; transport is easy, getting education is easy, etc.

- Growing racial tension, especially between immigrants
- Growing number of foreigners commiting crimes, creating a negative image to foreigners
- The people of the clouds can't make up their damn minds (crappy weather, alternating cliamte by the day...)
- Sometimes expensive to live
- Dumb politicians, putting money over people, putting war above education

After the latest elections I've pretty much lost all hope in democracy. I t isn't cool when you wake up one day to the news that pretty much ever person in both the houses have assets upward of a few million, a criminal record that may include rape, murder , extortion so on and so forth.
And in the latest bit of humiliation a member of parliament was caught watching porn in the middle of a heated discussion.
At this I should also mention that porn is close to outlawed in this country.

- Rich black culture(I love their foods :P)

- Southern.

- Cheap food, housing and relatively low cost of living.

- Laid back

- Pay is generally lower here.

- Education and social services are underfunded.

- Northern transplants in the capitol.

- Too much federal government around here.
