They both seem kind of boring to me. Guess maybe I just don't get excited for games that much anymore either though.

I know man... it sucks getting old... :(

But it's just the deals, the companies and the great marketing scheme of all things. If Microjunk and Sunny wanted to develop the next generation console, then they would finally use x64 architecture in their consoles instead of x86.

Yeah. It feels like when we were kids, the companies were just excited that they could build their systems that could play awesome games. Now it feels like all big marketing ploys without anyone really having fun making the consoles or games, and it shows in the end product. :/

If i get one I will most likely get Sonys since they tend to put more quality hardware in thier systems. I used to fix ps2, ps3, and Xbox 360's. and just by cracking the hood in each you can tell Microsoft went down a cheaper road to making their systems. But I always like to keep a open mind soooo...

Also i like the games that Sony publishes like LittleBigPlanet, Ratchet And Clank, Uncharted, Resistance, Killzone and Infamous. Only thing the Microsoft got that im interested in is Halo, and I loved the Resistance games 10x more than Halo (Resistance 2 was best)

Although my next gaming goal is to build a GOOD PC. Like my friend just built one like a year ago with a 8 core CPU.
