Battle! Arceus! from Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Versions. For some reason I can't find who composed this damn music.
Anyway, this music is weird, not like any other Pokémon theme. A lot of percussion and some other instruments, but it sounds rather...minimalist. I love how the percussion throughout the loop and the silence at the end helps make Arceus really intimidating. It's like the music's telling you that you're not fighting some mythical Pokémon full of wonders, or a rainbow-colored bird, or even a harbinger of storms or creator of land. You're fighting PokéGOD. Tremble before its power, lest its Judgment end your pathetic life.More like Swords Dance + STAB ExtremeSpeed but w/e

Battle! Champion by Masuda Jun'ichi (増田順一) from Pokémon Gold & Silver Versions.
When this music was playing you KNEW the battle was going to test your skills to its limit. Every time I fought against the Champion I'd stop playing and put my ears near the Game Boy speaker, just to hear more of this music. Even to this day this theme is in my personal top 3 Pokémon battle themes: the remix in HeartGold & SoulSilver just doesn't seem to do enough justice. Good times.
