I wonder if they'll follow this with another season of Index.

The first episode was pretty good!

We got reintroduced to Misaka and her friends, and and had a chance to see the railgun in action again! The ED is very interesting, for the characters and teasers shown.

Railgun S promises to be fun!

InorixShu; I was referring to the ending song and video. That's the ED, right? ;)

The copy I saw didn't have an OP (opening song and video,) unless they were showing the OP in the last two minutes of the show. :)

It was the OP
They showed the OP in the end of the first episode
There are many anime who have the opening in the end of the first episode~

Ahhh, thanks for clearing up my misunderstanding! :)

Either way, it was chocked full of interesting characters and teasers! :goodtea:

Looking forward to the next episode!

Sister's Noise is probably the best animu op song I have heard in years. And that is not an understatement.

Quite shocking episode 5. I nearly cried at the end. Good to know J.C.Staff is sticking faithfully to the material source this time.

A given mission, mechanical assault, manufactured devotion.
Red eyes, an upside-down form. Even the twisted shape was made to be that way.
No matter how cruel the slaughter, worse than a demon's,
or how gentle the kindness, greater than an angel's,
a machine has neither will nor madness—only code, and a few bugs.
So why, then, does it feel so unbearably sad?
