Hmm... Well, I'm sure that even the main staff know about the situation of SOTM, but let me please again explain then, if you this me allowing...

Well, there are 2 of 3 SOTMs still not closed: SOTM 30 (The poll is already done, and the winner is as well decided already...); SOTM 31 (Doesn't have still an poll, what this actually also meanwhile be closed should...); SOTM 32 (Should actually at July 8th the poll starting - due a delayed case in Jun. where then the deadline for SOTM 32 on 7th given was...) - Except them: Should then actually the 33rd SOTM in July meanwhile start...

(Notice: We tried several times about it Ignis/Pinky to contact, but unhappily no reactions there...)

Okay, and now coming to question/request: Dark Angel; and I, we did about spoken: that we not maybe an "Assistant"-Mod-status get would, I mean - If Pinky or Ignis due business or healthy reason not the SOTM (even the creativity-...) section not more/further lead can, where then we both temporary (until Pinky or Ignis again ready are...) the control about the section(s) take over would. - Well then... Is this for us possible that or not...?

Staffing decisions require the input of all three admins and Ignis is, as you noticed, currently unavailable. He's already given us a date for his return and we'll make the decision then.

Ehmm, okay, thanks Coro...xD

Edit: I didn't said: that you Ignis out of this circle let out should (Me is aware that he to the Big 3 belongs) - I've no ultimatum/deadline given: where in a specific time to decide have... - Lol, I was just interested, and I can wait on the decision then...

I just didn't want you to get the impression we're ignoring your support thread or the SOTM issue. It's been talked about before (the SOTM section), but real life can interfere with things.

Ahmm... Well, sorry for the bother dear staff, but I'd you just know let, that the SOTM case already too long dragged was... If we not the position (what we been spoken...), then please give us (D'angel or me) at least the permission an new SOTM to open. Because it can't more further so go or?

And if this not a big deal would; could you also please the award for D'angel give at SOTM 30 - The polls at the other 2 SOTMs (31 and 32) can we then sometime later start.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Hmm... Hello Checkmate;,

sorry that I you bothering, but would you please nice to say about the frozen situation in SOTM - Because we're already in Aug., and there are still some cases not closed and decided... Is there maybe no possibilities somehow Ignis to contact? - It's enough if he an short e-mail send would about it.

And again, I'm sorry really for the bother, okay? Where then with friendly greeting, N1.

I'm back. I apologise for neglecting my responsibilities and the general mess it has created.

Now, about the issue at hand: we'd rather have few staff members doing their assigned tasks properly rather than having an excessive amount of them with unevenly distributed workload. The short answer to the proposed suggestion is no, at least not for the time being.

I'm not saying this to mean that an "assistant mod" or a "mini-mod" acting as my substitute and taking care of the SOTM in my stead during my absence would not meet my expectations, no. Rather, we take staffing decisions seriously, and would rather not assign someone to be a staff member with a very specialised, or relatively meagre, field of responsibility. In regards to this particular absence, I had no Internet access while I was absent, which would make most attempts at contacting me useless anyway.

I'm thinking of something simpler: I will put up the resources I use for SOTM management―things like header images, background and other assets, as well as the code used in each thread (which you could already see by merely quoting my posts anyway). If I happen to be absent for a prolonged period of time again, anyone―I know there's solid communication going on between you guys, so it won't be anything hard to discuss―can continue with making a new SOTM and putting a poll for the previous one. For simple administrative tasks like sticking threads, you can ask another administrator.

For the time being, I do hope and intend to remain here with no prolonged absence so I can fulfil my responsibilities including managing the SOTM. Again, I apologise for the previously unannounced absence and thank you all for your patience.

I don't know if it's because of the times when users are more active. But if you have the possibility to download a torrent file, at least keep it on your PC for some time so that it can be shared, or at least upload it to a cloud storage service like MEGA or MediaFire, etc.
Any requests, send me a message about anime music. I will do my best to help you since I also like anime music. Remember to download the complete torrent and at least share the files for a long time or post them here and upload them to a cloud drive for preservation.
