This thread kinda reminds me of the Youtube user named Magibon. She gained popularity around 2007-2009 for just staring at a camera and speaking in broken Japanese. She got so popular she actually was featured on a Japanese talk show and on the Japanese edition of Playboy.

I never really saw why people went ape shit about her since she offers not a lot of entertainment value.
